ABOUT US
In Her Hands originated in December of 2019. We opened our first home in January 2021. We are a residential facility that specialize in youth that are at-risk or have a higher likelihood of being exploited. Our homes are structured as a home environment for our youth and staff to feel comfortable and secure, irrespective of their religious affiliations, race, and health condition. Our aim is to break the destructive cycle of abuse, neglect and shame and replace it with an opportunity for each child to live a life of self-respect, responsibility and productivity.
In Her Hands is licensed by the Florida's Department of Children and Family Services and is recognized as a Nonprofit Corporation.
We believe all women can embrace who they are, can define their future, and can change the world.
